Cache Rapids Stable offers riding lessons from beginner, intermediate to more advanced riders. From Children to Adults.

Our well-schooled horses will ensure a safe and enjoyable lesson with experienced instructors.

All lessons are based on the Equine Canada Learn to Ride Program, a national program developed for those who wish to learn safe horsemanship skills and practices based on a national standard.

The instructors will discuss your personal goals with you, be it to improve your riding skills, work on your Rider Levels or prepare for the next show. Riding helmets are provided. Lessons are available in packages of 5 lessons and 10 lessons only.

Lessons are subject to the availability of the instructors and are by appointment.

English Riding Lessons will be available starting in June with English Instructor, Dean Milligan, who will be teaching the more advanced adults. Lessons with Dean will include both flat and jumping, depending on riding level. Start date to be advised.

Western Riding Lessons are available with Western Instructor, Joan King-Pike starting May 14th. Joan will be teaching students ages 12 and over on Tuesday evenings as well as Saturday mornings at 9 am. if there is enough interest.

Lesson times are subject to change due to daylight hours and Instructor availability. Registration is open, subject to availability. Appointments can be made via phone 709-635-5535, email cacherapidsstable@gmail.com or message us on Facebook. The only equipment required is gloves, long pants and a boot with a heel.
